Have you e'er wondered why your wristwatch is broken into 12 60 minutes formats? I have. Information technology goes all the mode back to the time of the sundial. Information technology didn't make sense creating a 24 60 minutes sundial, because the sundial was useless at night (no sun, no reading). The twenty-four hours was divide into two halves.
